Support

Purchases while testing
TestFlight uses Apple's sandbox. Test purchases do not charge you. The Full Journey is one permanent unlock and includes a Restore Purchase option.
Sound or motion issue
First close and reopen Flitches. If sound stopped after locking the iPhone, return to the game and wait a moment. Include your iPhone model and iOS version with any feedback.
Privacy policy
Play stays personal.

Information collection
Flitches does not operate an account system or developer server and does not sell personal information. The app has no advertising, tracking, social login, or third-party analytics.
Information on your device
Puzzle progress, personal bests, play statistics, unlocked levels, settings, and anonymous playtest diagnostics are stored locally on your device. Playtest diagnostics are not transmitted automatically. A tester may deliberately export and share them using the iPhone share sheet.
Apple services
If you choose Apple Game Center, achievement progress and leaderboard totals are sent to Apple through GameKit. Apple handles purchases through the App Store. Flitches does not receive or store your Apple Account credentials or payment details. Apple services are governed by Apple's own privacy terms.
Children's privacy
Flitches is a general-audience cozy strategy puzzle and is not specifically directed to children. Flitches does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If a future version adds analytics, advertising, an account, cloud saves, or another data practice, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before release.
